    At its Thursday meeting, the Elizabethton City Council decided to give the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency one last chance to purchase the remaining 28.4 acres of the Cherokee Industrial Park before entertaining other bids.

    In October 2004, the council authorized the city to sell four tracts of land in the park to the TWRA for $198,000 to put in a fish hatchery.
